Mobile and Fixed Private Cloud Solutions

Criterion’s managed services offering allows agencies to consolidate data centers, reduce IT costs, operationalize cloud concepts, and move the cloud circle beyond that of utility computing and virtualizing desktops.

We support widespread application migration initiatives by using a computing model to determine the cloud environment, select the service delivery model, and test the actual migration before pushing the application into production into the cloud. The unique attributes of each solution will be determined in collaboration with the customer, but Criterion’s overall approach is designed to architect security into the solution and allow the customer to migrate between solution sets, rather than being locked into a particular hypervisor.

Criterion’s mobile and fixed private cloud solutions include:

  • Software-as-a-service (SAAS)
  • Platform-as-a-service (PAAS)
  • Infrastructure-as-a-service (IAAS)
  • Data migration
  • Application migration

Criterion was the only small business awarded the full-and-open Army Private Cloud (APC2) and manages a team of leaders in application migration and integration of hardware, software, and operating systems that have experience developing mobile cloud platforms, working in austere environments, and supporting mission-critical projects for the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense (DoD). The APC2 contract is available to all Army customers and other Federal and DoD agencies and supports projects requiring various types of clearance
