The Criterion Systems team is comprised of world-class technologists that are positioned to support the governance, creation, collection, storage, standardization, and integration of metadata, or "data about data," to improve the description, discovery, and sharing of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, and to facilitate secure information sharing within communities of interest. Effective management and governance of data is the key to cross domain information discovery, and hence is critical to performance improvement and information sharing for securing the homeland and large enterprises from terrorism.
