Proposal Manager
Criterion Systems is seeking a Proposal Manager to manage proposals and task orders. The candidate will be responsible for managing the proposal process, creation of the proposal schedule, proposal outlines, compliance matrices, assignments/responsibility matrices; and configuration management. They will also collaborate and coordinate with managers to assure that the appropriate quality assurance and risk management sections meet the requirements of the Request for Proposal (RFP). This person will monitor the status of the proposal efforts and ensure they and proposal team members proceed on schedule with set timelines. Responsible for keeping senior management and executives informed at all stages of the proposal development process. Knowledge of government-wide acquisition contracts (GWAC) is preferred.
