PRIMARY FUNCTION
Criterion Systems, Inc. is looking for a motivated, team oriented Office Receptionist/Office Manager to work at our Company headquarters in Vienna, VA. The candidate will be responsible for handling and directing all incoming company phone calls and visitors in a proficient and professional manner. The candidate must also be able to maintain cleanliness of all conference rooms, kitchen, and common areas. The candidate must be proficient with Word and Excel and be able to accurately enter accounts payable transactions into the Deltek accounting system. The candidate acts as a liaison with vendors to ensure accurate billing and payment. The individual must be able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with staff working at company headquarters as well as employees working in the field.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Problem solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel)
- Proposal and marketing presentation printing and binding
- Data entry of accounts payable invoices
- Inventory management of office supplies
- Building access card key issuance and tracking
- Business card issuance and ordering
- Handling facility issues as needed
- Updating office phone lists
- Routing and delivering incoming mail and faxes
- Preparing outgoing mail
- Able to work with outside vendors to order office supplies
- Bank deposits and special assignments as needed
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
- Accounts payable or general bookkeeping experience
- College credits or degree
