History:
Criterion Systems was founded in 2004 by Promod Sharma, Mike Dillard, Dave Coxe and Steve Mast. The company started out with $100M in funding from a major investment firm to buy high end technology companies. After a year the co-founders decided they wanted to create an employee-owned business so they returned the money and Criterion became a 100% company owned IT services company.
